Sony is fleasing its customers its happening far to often and when you pay $600 for a 60gig state of the art (wink) console you deserve better treatment than that. I have total respect for Microsoft now they fixed my 360 for free. The law is very clear in my state that the consumer is to be protected from defaulted products.
